With no school on Monday for MLK Day, our students still showed up in a big way and rocked their attendance this week. Way to stay engaged, stay consistent, and make every day count—even on a shortened schedule. We’re proud of you! 👏📚 #everydaycounts

ski club trips have been cancelled due to poor snow conditions.

Cold and flu season is here, and staying healthy helps students be present, engaged, and ready to learn. A few simple habits can make a big difference:
🧼 Wash hands often
🚰 Don’t share water bottles
😴 Get a good night’s sleep
🥗 Eat well and stay hydrated
When students take care of themselves, they’re better able to make every day count. Thank you to our families and staff for helping keep our schools healthy and our students learning!

IN OBSERVANCE OF MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. DAY

This week, Kellogg Middle School 6th and 7th graders kicked off Ski Club with a trip to Silver Mountain for ski and snowboard lessons and a full day on the slopes. Having a world-class ski resort quite literally right out our back door is an incredible opportunity for our students—and one we don’t take for granted.
We’re especially thankful for our continued partnership with Silver Mountain, which helps make this unique and affordable experience possible for KMS students. Programs like Ski Club build confidence, encourage healthy activity, and create memories our students will carry with them for years.
🤞 Here’s hoping for more snow so our 8th graders can join in the fun next week and keep the season rolling!

We’re excited to see our students and staff back in our schools as we kick off the new year.
As we begin 2026, it’s the perfect time to reset, reconnect, and refocus on learning.
Every day matters, and consistent attendance helps set the tone for a strong start and continued success — let’s make every day count!
